Last updated: May 2026

These documents are provided for general information. They are not legal advice. You should review them with a qualified adviser before relying on them for compliance purposes.

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Lymity website or app, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use Lymity.

About Lymity

Lymity provides a health and wellness tracking platform, including nutrition logging, training tools, supplement and compound tracking, health data sync and an educational compound library. Lymity is operated by Lymity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lymity. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may offer early access, invite-only access or limited availability. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the service is being misused.

Health and medical disclaimer

Lymity is for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content in the app and compound library is educational and may be incomplete or become outdated.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any diet, supplement, peptide, medication, training programme or health intervention. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or tracked in Lymity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Lymity unlawfully or in a way that harms others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
  • Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the service
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the service to promote unsafe, illegal or misleading health practices

Compound library and educational content

Our compound library summarises research and general information about peptides, supplements and related compounds. It is not a recommendation to use any substance. Legal status, safety and suitability vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.

Third-party services and links

Lymity may link to third-party websites or services, including affiliate retailers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, pricing or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

The Lymity name, branding, software, design and content are owned by Lymity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Lymity available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added or removed, especially during early access. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from your use of Lymity. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you have not paid us, except where a different limit is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you different rights.
