Triptorelin

Overview
Triptorelin is a long-acting GnRH agonist used medically for conditions such as prostate cancer, endometriosis, precocious puberty, and assisted reproduction protocols. It is included in peptide libraries because it is a clinically established peptide hormone analogue.
How it works
Acts as a potent GnRH receptor agonist. Initial stimulation increases LH and FSH, followed by receptor desensitisation and suppression of gonadotropin secretion with continued exposure. This reduces downstream sex hormone production.
