Overview
PEG-MGF is a pegylated version of mechano growth factor, an IGF-1 splice variant associated with muscle repair signalling after mechanical stress. The pegylated form is designed to extend systemic stability compared with native MGF.
How it works
MGF-related signalling is associated with satellite cell activation, muscle repair, and local tissue remodelling. Pegylation increases molecular size and may reduce rapid clearance, prolonging exposure in research models.
