CJC-1295

Also known as: CJC-1295 DAC

Growth HormoneGrey areaHalf-life: 7d

Overview

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version has an extended half-life due to albumin binding, allowing less frequent dosing. Often stacked with a GHRP such as Ipamorelin for synergistic GH release.

How it works

Binds to and activates GHRH receptors on somatotroph cells in the anterior pituitary, stimulating the synthesis and pulsatile release of growth hormone. The DAC modification allows binding to albumin in the bloodstream, dramatically extending its half-life compared to native GHRH.

Primary uses

  • Growth hormone stimulation
  • Muscle growth and recovery
  • Fat loss
  • Sleep quality improvement
  • Anti-ageing
  • Bone density

What to expect

Based on reported user experiences and available research, here is a general timeline of effects:

  1. Days 1–14

    • GHRH receptor activation begins immediately
    • Sleep quality improvements are often reported within the first week
    • GH pulse amplitude begins increasing with consistent dosing
  2. Days 14–56

    • IGF-1 levels are rising measurably by week 4
    • Recovery between training sessions typically improves in this window
    • Fat loss and muscle preservation effects are becoming active
  3. Days 56–999

    • Significant body composition improvements at 2+ months with training
    • Anti-ageing and recovery benefits are well established
    • Stack with Ipamorelin for synergistic GH pulse amplification

Storage and preparation

Store lyophilised at -20°C long term. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 4°C and use within 28 days. Protect from light.

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Common: 2mg vial with 2ml BAC water gives 1mg/ml. For 1mg dose, draw 1ml.
