Overview

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein found in human gastric juice. It has demonstrated remarkable healing and regenerative properties across a wide range of tissues in animal studies, and is widely used in the research community for recovery from injury, surgery, and gut issues.

How it works

Promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), upregulates growth hormone receptors in tendon fibroblasts, modulates nitric oxide synthesis, and activates the FAK-paxillin pathway involved in cell survival and migration. Also interacts with the dopaminergic system and exhibits anti-inflammatory properties via modulation of prostaglandin synthesis.

Storage and preparation

Store lyophilised powder at -20°C long term or 4°C short term. Protect from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 14-30 days.

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or sterile saline. Common: 5mg vial with 2ml BAC water gives 2500mcg/ml. For 250mcg dose, draw 0.1ml.
